This isn't really a problem with the stilts, but it could be (or it could be my technique). After extended periods of time on the stilts (more than 15 minutes) when I get off, my ankles really hurt because they haven't moved (as in any movement - sideways, being straightened etc).
When I bock, I lock my ankles as I step so that I can lift the stilts up - or else they will pull my toes down. Is my technique wrong?
