I dont see why not. We went bocking yesterday and there were no festivals or events in the basin, despite the council telling me it was booked out until october.
As long as people want to come and the weather looks good then it's fine.

October the 9th and 10th were the dates I was told the basin was free but we were there last weekend and it was really nice with no events and hardly any public. Made a refreshing change.

There isnt really any organising here, so if you wanna come then come and if you'd all rather make a different date then discuss it here and lets make a collective decision.
