Yeh we met a 11 yr old on the weekend with the kids model (ok minispecs I know you're nearly 12) and although he couldnt get much height out of them he was still able to learn to jump up and down steps and cleared 4 steps (the steps in this video: http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=393.0 that i posted about a while ago).

There is also a video floating around of someone on the kids model jumping off picnic tables and such.
It's a delicate balance because you MAY be too big for the junior ones but on the flipside the adult ones weigh a lot more on your legs and so its harder to jump on them plus the springs are stiffer so you need more weight to get the bounce out of the adult ones.

Ive seen the video of the kid jumping off tables. I think I can jump much higher than that, that's why I was wondering if my 'Next-gen' kids model is better. I've managed to jump fences and walls about 3 feet in height and i've had my PJ's for about 3 weeks. I think I would be able to use tye adult ones as i'm not too far off the weight bracket.

Yeah, I'm back

jump-up,Post back if you can use the adult ones with no problem. I'm thinking of buying another pair now instead of waiting until i'm the right weight.

Yeah, I'm back

Hey Ryan

You may be ok on the adult models however it would all depend on how strong your legs are! If you are quite athletic go for the M60 adult ones although it will take you longer to break them in you should get the hang of it pretty quick.

If you're not that athletic you may be better off with the kids model, Dusty has used the the kids model so he will be the one that can give you best feedback on them

:)

I don't know how i'm going to be able to buy the adult ones. Nobody will buy second-hand junior PJs and even just buying new springs would be expensive. I think i'l have to keep my old, junior ones for a couple of years. :'( Maybe I'l get new ones at christmas, only 6 months to go :D

Yeah, I'm back

I want to buy the Adult PJ's but I don't really want to spent all my money. So, I came up with a plan: With my current Pro-Jumps I will throw myself into fences, rivers and hedges and film it. Then, i'l sent the clips into 'You've been framed' on tv, hope they show them and wait for £250(if they show the clips) Genius.Otherwise i'l just get a paper round.

I'm pretty certain I could use the M60 PJ's. My brother is going to buy them anyway so I can try them out first. I could also get my parents to wear in the springs but they're terrified of my junior PJ's :D

Yeah, I'm back

Yep, Great plan isn't it :P I think i'l buy the adult stilts in about a month. I don't want to sell my junior PJ's though. I'd feel sorry for them, moving house like that :'( Still, it might be fun to have 2 pairs.

Yeah, I'm back

That would be agood plan however if you actually look on the You've been Framed website it says that the videos take up to a year to be looked at so its gonna be a long wait and even then they might not show it.

Be patient
In fact - one you've sent your tape in, do your best to forget all about it! It can take up to a year for Framed HQ to get to the bottom of the tape pile (actually they never get to the bottom - it just keeps topping up!) so if you are sat at home twiddling your thumbs, you'll go a little potty
