Problem Uploading

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I'm having a problem uploading pictures, they are about 2.5mb and much less than the max size, yet i get and error, it reads:

Error 500 - Internal server error

An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.

Don't know whether anyone knows what this means, but thought I'd post it anyhows, mainly so Naz knows its happening really :L

Could just ask me Matt It is a Website error really, something to do with the server, but it being 500means that it doesnt know what the problem is, just that there is a problem :S

Could you try the following and report back:

1. upload a different picture than the one you are trying and see if that works.
2. resize the image and reduce the quality so its say under 500k in size.

If neither of these work then we might as well all go home.

I thought it was to do with size..if you make it like 700px wide should be ok.

yeah I think it does need to be under 1000 pixels wide.

Yeah, you were right, it needs to be under 1000 pixels in size, thats even though it says it has to be under 2000 pixels :L

Ah well all done now :L
