Youtube revenue sharing

hey there peoples, i was wondering if anyone here is part of the youtube revenue sharing program, you know the thing, you have a popular video so they ask to throw adverts on your video and you share any profits.

just looking for a bit more information, im not really looking to sell out to the advertising firms, but was wondering if anyone had any experience with this

We regularly get these emails, they are official ones from you tube and its worth giving it a go. They already place adverts on there so if you can gain a bit of revenue why not! If it doesnt work well for you and you dont like the way it works Im sure you can opt out :)
