Using bocking to use weight, what size shall i buy?
« on: October 18, 2010, 04:37:48 PM »
I'm 12 and i'm overweight, sad to say i am 12 stone.

I don't like most boring activities but bocking looks EXtreme! So I'm not sure whether or not i should choose a less weight range because i would like to keep bocking after i do loose all the weight i attend too.

Dont forget you r still growing!  So as you loose 'bad weight' you should be gaining 'good weight'  :o)

Hi Mazzi

I'm 50 and weight 18 stone  :Claugh: took up bocking 3 odd years ago

I did loose weight but put it back on when I realised I could eat a lot more when bocking  :Claugh:

But seriously the muscle you build up is much better for you than the fat it replaces and it is fun so you keep doing it

I would agree with Q that you should buy for the weight you are now as you will either grow of find that the extra muscle will mke you able to use them if you do loose weight
