it only takes one little thing...
« on: November 07, 2010, 10:59:40 PM »
Most people on here will know me either from the forums or in person. I'm a pretty experienced bocker and I definately like to try new things and some times they are stupid things as well :)

Well today on the exos I was doing something simple. Running.
Nice flat open space in cardiff bay only about 100m or so and right at the end just before I was about to slow down I slid on some moss in between the slabs and down I came.
It was funny and I'm not hurt. A little bruised in places and I did twist my knee enough to stop me bocking for the rest of the day.

Anyway here is the surface and my skid mark :)

I am just showing because it just shows that something tiny can lead to a big crash. Fortunately this wasnt a big crash this time.

That's a very personal question!

My arse is ok ish, my wrist is pretty bad, I even suspected it was fractured this morning but it's nothing a tubey-grip and a bit of gaffer tape cant fix :)

Hope you feel better soon Locky

Moss is a killer it has had me about 3 times on those marly block pave things

Take care of the Wrist mate I recon I fractured the one that I shattered in a backwards fall about 2 weeks before I did the main fall

Gaffer tape fixes all  :Claugh:
