I'd like to say I'm a healthy 110kg but that's not the case. I've been looking at several brands and some offer spring ratings that cover a large weight class and other brands break it down to every 10 kilos. My plan is to use these as an aid in my exercising and eventually loose weight (down to 90-100kg). I've read a lot about buying the next size up but if I loose the weight, will these springs be too stiff? I'm sure these people were uncoordinated but I've seen videos with people, new to the sport, walking around on what looked like overly stiff springs and it didn't seem to look as natural as what a softer spring might look like. This is my concern in that I don't want too stiff of a spring but I don't want to bottom out all the time either. Is there anyone here that was in the same situation and what did you decide?
