Hi All,

Very late notice I know, but in case anyone is interested or just passing I have booked my local gym in Midsomer Norton (near Bath) for a couple of hours this Sunday 12nd Dec. 1.00pm onwards.

No Probs.  I was happy just trying to get stuff adjusted and practice on the new stilts.

Still can't get the cuffs working though.  Will keep trying.

Whats the problem with them?

It's just the quick release thingy on the new ones.

I can't get the tight enough to stop twisting.  Ok for a bit, but as soon as I put more effort in, they twist when I land.

If I use something to fully tighten the screw, I can't lock the lever. lol  Maybe it's just me, but at some point I'll do it with someone else there who has them.

At the moment, Im using them with Knee bars
