Hey guys

ok so im arranging this meet

this is goign to be a week-end long event, this is kicking of on saturday 22nd January and finishes on Sunday the 23rd January

i intend to kick the meet of in the city centre but the new waterfountains, then we can move up the the reginol gardens, then we can move on from there.

this is not goign to be a meet with rules exept if we get asked to move on, then we move on.

yer katy i got spare bed, up to you if you bring a sleepign bag i can sort out bedding for you.

cosidering geting a gym for saturday, looking in to it as we speak.

Hi Ben,

I am thinking of coming up on the Sunday as have other things booked in for Saturday Evening.

Are you planning a fairly full day Sunday do you think.  I know there are no fixed plans, but don't want to drive all the way up from Bristol and then find it's a couple of hours and everyone goes home.
