New Exos or Replacement Springs (7s)?
« on: February 17, 2011, 05:56:41 PM »
Hey all, my bocks are well in need of new springs, might as well be bouncin on marshmellows lol.

I've got Poweriser Frames
the question is should I replace the springs with say 7's or new higher rated Poweriser springs,
or just replace the Bocks entirely, jump the fence to Pro-jumps Exo?

I'm quite disappointed at the lack of R&D from Powerisers!

Looks like 7's springs are gonna be ~£170 including delivery from Germany
Poweriser springs £104 including delivery (skatehut)

or new Exos at ~£140.

How do the new exos compare?

Cheers all!

With that price comparison. I'd buy new EXOs and offer your old stilts to a friend.

But ditto on being disappointed with poweriser. Their new EVO model looks only slightly different and got rid of the snowboard bindings.

If I manage to get a job sometime soon, I'll get the new Exo Pros.
It'd be a complete replacement for the risers since it's the same price as the Risers when new!

I'd use the Powerisers for loans/spare parts most likely

When I upgrade to a different stilt. I usually get a friend to use them. I just bought some CZ series stilts (EXO for you guys in the UK) and am going to offer my powerisers to the club. They'll turn into the demo stilts for newbies and eventually someone will come along and buy them.
