Yep mate welcome to the old guys bit  :Claugh:

I get something similar and have always thought of it as a sort of sciatica (trapped nerve)

I cure it by laying on my back and doing some stretches an guy taught me

Lay straight to start with and while keeping one leg straight bring the other knee up to your chest (holding it with your hands)
Then tip the knee over your body (so it would be left leg over the right hip)

Easier to show so have a look here

&feature=related

You will know when you get it right it will pull at exactly the place that hurts

Amazing how soon it goes away when you get used to doing it

Oh and I have to say that since I started going to a Chiropractor regularly so many aches and pains have gone away so would recomend it to anyone

Just make sure you get a good one (recommendation is the best way)

Jason  :Hoofies2: :CGEEK:

Ps hope it gets better soon mate

Wait till you hit 50 mate  :Claugh:

Went to the Doc for a few bits today and she was newish

Looking back throught the last few years of my file she sort of said

Broken wrist (on stilts), Broken rib (on stilts or rather off them), severe back injury (falling from horse), ankle injury trampolining (that one still isnt right 2 years on), Salt poisoning (don't ask)

All in the last 3/4 years

"we normally see this sort of list in the 10 to 14 year old range not in the 40 to 50 year olds"  :Claugh:

Oh and she also had to tell me to shut up so she could get a blood pressure reading

The tooth Demon (also known as Dentists  :Claugh: )

Actually looking back over the last 5 or so years since I decided that I needed to get fit before I ended up as a heart case

I have had more accidents per year than normal
This getting fit could Kill you if your not careful  :Claugh:

Jason you should be awarded with the will not die trophy because your age (yes 26 is old nowadays) combined with your injuries and the mad sports you do I've heard of people dieing in bed and there's you jumping around on stilts what a way to kick the grim reaper in the face XD

Thanks Aidanh

The stilts are not the worst of it mate
Falling off Horses at my age is quite good
And riding a 125 traily through rush hour London twice a day gets a bit hairy (bearing in mind I am always late  )

Someone once said of my Driving/riding that I would probably

"Go through the Pearly Gates backwards, in excess of the speed limit and on Fire"

But that was just his opinion as I pulled him back into the 4X4 from the bonnet while still doing 30 down a cart track (thank goodness the screen was down at the time  :Claugh:)
