Random Creaking from my bocks

Hi, this ive just noticed this today my bocks have started creaking when i move or jump, it seems to be my right one more than others, does anybody know why and any solutions?

hi harry dont worry all stilts do this even exo's lol you need to get yourself a can of silicone spray and give all your joints on the stilts a good spray (dont use wd40 as its no good for them) you can by silicone spray off of ebay or any hardware store :)
