Bockers back?

I have only had my bocks for a few days and the other day I did more than I have ever done the next day my lower back was really hurting is this bockers back and will I get used to bocking so it will not happen again??

This is normal, it's just because you're using new muscles that aren't used to being exercised. Everyone gets it, but it should go away after a few days, and will only recur if you stop bocking for long enough for the muscles to "un-adapt" to bocking.
So I can write anything here and it'll show up at the end of every post, right?

Deffo bockers back.....but with any back injuries in bocking you MUST give it time to heal properly.

If you think a few days is enough and you put them back on and you get ANY indication its not completely healed, even just a tingle, then you need to give it more rest or you'll only prolong the injury.
