even thou the cost of the hall and insurance have risen , i will still keep the price to £10 a person.

YEEEEE just over a week togo now ! it shaping up to be a good gym session , as hopefully secured the use of a trampoline with coach, for those who are not man enough for 3 hours on stilts lol ,

only joking just thought it would make a change for people to learn on the trampoline then try on stilts .

just an idea i am trying.

well i am excited ! saturdays gym meet is so near !

her are some other dates ;
december 17th 11am till 3 pm come and try day

February 18th 12pm till 3pm gym session

may 19th 12pm till 3pm gym session

thats for now , but sure there will be more events through the year, so will keep you posted.
