do i need to learn how to do a flip on the ground first ?

hey guys :) iv been thinking about this since day one... with flipping do u have to be able to do it on the ground first ? and am i best to practice working up to a flip or just get good height and try it ?  :Straddle5:    :X-Smile: :X-Smile:
Most kids play foot ball ... Or ride bikes or skate board... But me, I am no normal kid ! I love to bock !

In my experience, you need to be able to do it confidently on a trampoline first.

You then need access to a gym with crash mats to try it on stilts.

The weight of the stilts slows your rotation down A LOT.
Please dont just go for it on grass or concrete.

yeah i know what ya mean locky. its just rubbish because where i stay there is no places i can use with crash mats  :Cno: :Cno:
