Hi Amy

Welcome to the mad house

If you ever get down south your welcome to a Banned meet

You will find people in your area just keep asking and looking or at the worst get your mates to get some

Thank you both for your welcomes. =]

I realised to day that I've been wearing my bocks wrong. =[
I had the knee pad thing just above my knee. >.< Made it hard to walk/ run and caused the golf sized bruises on the back of my knees. =[

Moved them down to just below my knees (now i can fit my kneepads on) and it SOOO much nicer and easier!  :Claugh:

:Claugh: Ouch I bet that was painful

Looking on the bright side if you could walk on them like that it must be a lot easier now
