My front flip training
« on: April 04, 2007, 03:55:04 PM »
Yesterday i went to my local sports center to have have my first go at landing front flips, the woman on duty was very friendly and told me i could use as many mats as i needed but i had to get them out and put them back when i had finished. So i got 4 mats out with the help of my brother who drove me their and volunteered to do the filming.

Ok, too much talking, just watch the video:

For only 40mins i felt very achieved, and i rekon one more session i will be landing them on my feet.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room!

where did you do that ?

"Near Yeovil, Somerset" at his "local sports center"?

Wasn't that hard to look at his profile and read the writing above his video.

If you arn't talking about the same thing i'm talking about then sorry  :D

Looks good 8)
I'm not an expert but I think you would have nailed some of those if the mats weren't there.
