Guys before trying it on your Pro Jumps (and mine are normal ones) you must be able to do it on the floor first. When I learnt it on Pro Jumps I could front flip easily on my feet and got it fairly easily on my Pro Jumps. I was able to adapt the right technique from the floor to my Pro Jumps.

If you learn it straight away on your Pro Jumps with no previous experience then it is likely you will develop a bad technique, which may be fine to start with but very hard to get out of later.

Also practicing loads on the floor gives you aerial awareness so you can feel where you are in the air and you know when to untuck. A lot of the problem on Pro Jumps is people are scared and untuck straight away, with good aerial awareness you know exactly when to untuck!

Hope this helps!

adzi, i cant really remember to be honest. with the right knowledge (watching lots of tutorials) and the right training environment (a gym preferably) it shouldnt take too long.

Justin, we had a gym which we were allowed to use our Pro Jumps in, so I first tried it in there. Which was lucky

No need to post the question again and again, Ian might not have been online since before you posted it, so hasn't seen it yet! ::)

Ian

Do you use tyre socks
If you do would you be interested in testing a new rubber sheeting I found

http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=921.0

I have been trying it for a few days but my max height is 3ft and I would like someone extreme to test it (your name came up)

If you fancy being a test pilot  ;D I can bring a set to Capital bocking for you to try at your leisure

Like Ash said it would be worth trying out m80's. Although in that video it did look like you were really trying to bottom them about. It may also be a case of working on your technique to try and get more height!

The way you show the difference between the correcxt take off and the leaning forward one is really useful. I'm a long way off doing flips, I don't even have my own stilts yet :) But I'll be watching that video a lot when I come to try them.
