Pro-jump falling guide.

http://www.projumpforum.co.uk/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=2513

This was a hard guide to cover as there is no right way to fall. This is why I called this a guide not a tutorial.
This is how I try and fall and find its the best way to reduce injury.

But if you want to reduce injury safety pads will help the most.

This is great and will help everyone a lot. I do however disegree with what you said at the end. I, for one, WILL be thinking about this video when I'm falling and I think it will help me stay injury free. Thanks!

Nice one Joe

That is of a lot of use to a lot of people

Sometimes you just can't get into the right position as you fall but at least if you are trying it softens it a bit

Now off to try them all out  :Claugh:

don't go bocking at 2 am. especially after some beers. and when you do, don't try to sprint as fast as you can. you will NOT think about the rolling over as you are going for a close encounter with the asphalt.

ow, and don't ask how i know this.
