Backflip tutorial on swebounce

Hi guys.
I did a little tutorial on how a to do a back flip.
There isn't any videos but it's very well technically explained.
I will add some pages to it later when I feel inspired.
But for now this is it.

Nice tutorial, will have to try it out on a trampoline first, so I can get the flip technique right, then go for my bocks and crash mats to start the fine tuning!!
