mum decided to convince me to try a vault over a park fence and i failed a bit but third time lucky :) then my mum has a shot at bocking and is actually really good haha

LOL walk like a chicken with swag. Nice.

The trick with vaulting is not to let go. If you dont let go of the fence then you cant fall.

Try vaulting something a little higher. It sounds crazy, but because you aren't leaning over so far, the vault feels more natural and actually becomes easier.

True dat ^

Infact I'd say the ideal height for a rail to vault is just below shoulder height (on stilts). You just need the balls to go for it :)
