I'm not sure which one to put though because i usually go for a run or 2 which knackers me out fairly well so could bounce for longer without the runs.

i'll go for about 20mins i think.

I kinda meant running and jumping within the same session.   but im willing to time myself just bouncing. Would be like on a pogo stick but with look mummy no hands.

lol yeah

God i had a heary moment this evening was out doing some running down the prom at the local beach and 1 pad slipped out on a stone and kind of ended up sprinting forwards whilst trying to get my centre of gravity back under control, luckily i made it and didnt face plant but my heart was absolutely racing lol.
