60 or 70?
« on: September 28, 2006, 05:27:58 PM »
hello,
I need a little help. I weigh 59KG (nearly 60!) and I'm not sure whether to get the M60 or M70's.
I am quite atheletic so i want the best performance from them, im also 16 and still growing and want them to last as long as possible.
so M60's or 70's????

thanks.

i would reccomend the 70's. although they will be alot stiffer, take more time to break in, and be harder work.

you'll get a lot more spring from them though.

Its a tricky one but I think I would just about go for the 70's considering your age.

Hi,

Yes thats why its a tough decision, I think you should be ok, and it will also get a bit better if and when you put more weight on.

hi,

i weigh about 54kg and i heard you should buy the model 10kg more than you weigh. so should i go  for the M60's of is this just a rumour? would the M60's suit me or do i need to go for a lower weight-bearing in mind i also want to use these for some time.

thanks

Hey stunningly I am also 59kg~ish and 16 + very athletic, I've got M70's and i can bottom them out easily, mainly cos i keep jumping out of windows.....but thats besides the point, You could get so much more spring out of M70's so i'd go for them (I know im slightly late on this so ignore it if you've already got some)  :)
