starting it back no track...

so if i jump with the balls of my feet rather than the tips (toes) i will be able to gget more hight?

hmm i take its much easyer with bocks than jsut standing there as when  i just stand there i push off with my toes i tryed from heel and it felt well wierd lol

if noramlly 'grounded' jumping up and down from heels   u will prob hurt yourself. But on bocks it works  u have to send a compressing force  directly down to the hooves. So you bounce through your heel rather than your toes as normally
