i was planning on meetin at the train station, as its across from the carpark, and that way people getting the trains dont have to bounce around looking for the meeting place.

not quite sure what we wil get up to, but its a good shopping town, plenty of open spaces to do tricks and show off, so i imagine that we will all be kept busy!

i am already going to be in oxford, i am based at RAF Brize Notron, about an hours bus ride from Oxford, so ill be gettin the bus in that morning, the best way to go it to get into london, circle line to Paddington, then look at the departures board for a train that stops at only a couple of stops before oxford else you will be on that train for ages.

Would be better to pm your numbers to each other rather than giving them out on a public forum guys!

Wouldn't want you getting prank / nuisance calls.

I'm guessing the train station could be a good meeting place, unless there is more than one.

tundraH i will be the person who buys u jaffa cakes so u better remember lol
I'm glad to hear it, I'm lookign forward to them Jaffie cakes. :D

I think the main reason for not rememberign you was that Magzzie was being very persistent in being heard and talking over/to everyone.  Is he coming to this meet?

His going to forget you again just so that next time you can get him some more goodies lol
I am not that dishonest but I shall remember that trick for future Jaffa cake related incidents.  Are you coming Naz?

I suspect about a 3 hour drive for me too. But just did the same to Plymouth and bocked for nearly 5 hours wasnt a prob ( just remember to pix up a coffee for  the drive home).

I know there are park and rides for Oxford. So might stop at 1 of those to the south of the city.

It's only an hour long train from Basingstoke so I'm definately coming.

Anyone know where a skate or boarding shop is in Oxford?  I still need to get a helmet and better foot straps and it'll probably be easiest to get them on Sunday.

In London I hardly see any shops that sell the good old penny sweets but in Lancashire there's loads that still do - so everytime I go down I stock up...

This site has the best sweets ever http://www.retrosweets.co.uk/penny_chews.shtm

... And I know this post has absolutely nothing to do with the Oxford meet so I promise not to hijack your thread again trix lol
