WelshBockers on Live TV!

For the meet up in Cardiff this weekend I invited lots of media to cover the event.
ITV have gone one better and tomorrow night we'll be on their evening news program, live from cardiff bay (or inside the millenium centre if its wet). It goes out to the whole of wales which is about 3 million people plus people close to the border and west country can watch too.

This is great news for the whole sport as I intend to do all i can to really push the powerbocking sport rather than just say "its great fun".

I'm sure we can get it on youtube or something afterwards.

Actually they want the female reporter on stilts which is fine as we'll spend some time with her before going on air but seeing as its live it would only take one dodgy footing and she could yell out a quick "holy ************" but not me. I shall be well behaved.

I wish I could get Welsh TV down here in London I'll just have to wait for the vid to be released

if you have sky digital then you can get ITV Wales, but you have to add it as a manual channel. I have the details here somewhere.

I don't think it was aired. I did try to catch the news yesterday and only missed the first 5 mins unless it came on then, it wasnt shown

yea i saw that i watched the vid uploaded to the forum was workin that nyte so couldnt see the live news capital bockin will get us noticed so much tho

I suspect it will be like ours was, we filmed ours about 8 weeks before it actually aired, I can see this happening for Locky and co too

Due to the flooding in wales they needed the live tv truck for other stuff but we still recorded everything though it was a little damp so we were hiding under the shelter of the WMC. I'm told it should be airing monday night but they will email me to confirm and I'll post it up when I've got it.
