Bockers Belly

Ok I've got another injury I set up a small jump in the barn today and a platform to try I was happily leaping about and really went for it ( well 2 ft is high for me don't laugh ) 

I appear to have strained a muscle in my Beer Belly and boy does it hurt to jump or cough for that matter so I wish to call this injury Bockers Belly

Bockers Belly or Abdominal Muscle strain has I call it, but yours sound better

It's what you call the bump you get when you walk through a door and forget how tall you are !
I nearlly did it the other day I turn to walk out side and only just ducked it time

lol i walked into the coop electric doors cos the sensors point at the feet up here of cors my feet werent there lol and i just carried on wlaking not seeing it still closed and every1 paying looked and thort i was a clown puttin a show on

did have a bad bump there 4 about a week after

bockers belly hmm.....how bout when you hurt your giblets you could take that and turn it into bockers balls....that happened to me once, well it wasnt an accident my best friend hit me square in the nuts .....makes me wonder should i geet a new best friend
