when i jump, it really hurts the taller part of my back.. at the spine,
has anyone else experienced this ? :)
and thanks for all the help woo!

ye i have had that pain it is called bockers back you need to stay off the for a few days. When yuo get back on them just do it for a short time don't try and stay on them for a long time as this will just make the pain worse. Rember little and often this should help.
ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS

Besides shoes. Think padding the the bocks. Ive not got it totally right yet. But ive been playing with fitting padding to the back footplate and the binding straps.

I can comfortably bock barefoot or in flipflops now. As I say not got the set upright yet  so will be in trainers for london.

does 'bockers back' ever go away then?
and can it do serious damage if ignored?
thanks.

It will go away after a few weeks to a month, as your muscles in your back get used to the movement and strengthen.
Just do it in short and easy bursts, as soon as it starts to hurt get off them, otherwise you will just end up making it hurt more.
