I think your onto a looser (sadley) as any shop has the right to refuse you entry as long as it isn't for race, colour, religeous etc reasons
They can ask you to leave the premesis if they believe you are going to cause a disruption, accident or any form of disturbance hence if a smart middle age guy on bocks goes into the average shop and politely asks most of the time it's allowed
On the other hand if a group of 4 of 5 young lads dressed in hoodies on bocks bounce enthusiasm into a crowded shoping center the security guards are almost certain to throw you out it's all down to appearances and we are fairly intimidating being so tall on them (and a little unsteady when learning

)
I think that a petition may do more harm than good If we are portrayed as the
"protesting we' allowed to go anywhere we like types"
it gets peoples backs up, your far better off if you get removed from somewhere to go to the nearest public area and put on an impromptu show and so draw the anti's customers away from them and to the shops near you thus making them think if that was outside my shop it might improve my trade
Also offer to hand out leaflets to advertise the local shops at a low price and then you are invited into the area beating them at their own game
If the general fealing is the petition is good I would sign but think about alternatives first they may get you in the back door rather than getting us all banned as a reactionary group (it's all about winning not about being right

)
Finally if you want me to sign a petition to bann those bl**dy double buggy things that Mums drive down the isles blocking them and running over everyones feet I'm your man
