ryt the orange thing at the back of my leg where does it go?? at the top of of leg or at the bottom coz ive seen loads of people with it in diffrent positions but it doesnt touch the leg so why does it move?

It should stay in one place!! Only the knee bar moves, and you are thinking of the calf pad!!

Mine rubbed the back of my legs so I took them off
