rude, i have been thinking of a few different ways to use lights on my bocks, from forward facing headlights, to blinking leds

just tried my sons size 9 (kids) and it was a little to small, perhaps a couple of sizes up and you could just buy the flashing kids shoes

I have got a nice little way to put red leds up the back of the spring for night time use, and going to use leds on the front for head/feet lights

ive been thinking of the same idea in the same place so it would be interesting to see how each other goes about it.

A good idea is to pionting a light down from uder the footplate to the front of the hoof. This light not only show what your standing on in the dark but show everyone where you are, standing on stilts mean you could look to be stand ( on foot ) somewhere else  !?

If your thinking of a red light for the back you should mount it as high as you can ( the hight of bike lights ) . If you mount the back light low the quick moving stilts would canfuse people who are trying to workout what you are !?

If you just want some lights why not put them inside the frame !

Battery packs can either by a lead from your pocket and mounted on the outside of each frame near the bottom of the 'L' . You could use a  jack plug to the batteries means you can remove them from the stilts quickly .

no they are on a 4 pin molex, like the plug that powers most dvd drives, but there will only be  + and - pins in it i guess so chop it off and add a power source

i think i can do a photo tut now for ya...
if...
000000000000000000___________________E
^^thats the lights......and thats the plug^^^
plug will look like this but only with 2 wires, one positive one negative

chop off the plug
00000000000000000___________________
leaveing 2 wires, grab a 9v battery
and try one end of the wire on the + and one on the -, if it dont light up try the other way round, it may only light them up dim with one 9v so perhaps you could chain a couple together, this could honestly be done with no soldering, just electrical tape and wire trims
