Hi guys just to keep you posted, after about 3 days can now walk to the end of our road without hanging on to anyone

your right it is hard work but the sense of achievement is great. Love these things. I know that this is a stupid question, but when you try to start jogging/running, whats the best way to slow down stop? As before any help/gratefully accepted.
