There's one in Splading ( TP May 3rd ) It's not too far from SpringFields ( Yes that what it's called ) go on mass  :thumbs:

there is lots of places round norwich to show off skills
 but the castle is the best because thats where the  norwich parkor  group hang out

True..I am spending all weekend with the gliders at the forum this weekend so should get some practice in..problem is I have like so trapped nerve in me leg or something..really hurts sometimes.
