its always a good idea to go at least 10 over your weight so might be better to get the m80's

You need to weigh yourself with the sort of clothes you will bock in and then add 10kg that will be the corect weight for you if you are of average fitness

If you are into trampoline or some other similar athletic sport in a big way ( like really fit ) you might need to go 20kg over but if you arn't fit enough the extra weight will slow your progress

so if you weigh 12 stone = about 76kg add say 1 to 2 kg for clothes and shoes =78 +10 =88

I would say you need the 90's or you'll be bottoming them out straight away but do weigh yourself on a good set of scales as my old ones were 7kg out and it can make a lot of difference

Order your pads at the same time mate you will need them (the Pit dirt are the ones I find best and they are cheep if you buy knee and elbow together)
and don't forget a set of wristguards I did and I regretted it

Ok 11.5st =73kg so add 10 and your around the 83kg so you would probably learn quicker on 80kg but then you would be replacing the springs in 3 to 6 months as you got fitter so I would say you are still better with the 90's but it does depend on how fit you are and what you think you will be doing on them

Are you likely to gain weight as you get fitter (you will if you are thin to start with) or are you hoping to loose weight while you use them (like me ) this will make a difference to your choice as you are right on the border between the 80/90's

You will be looking at Tuesday then, I doubt that they will have been dispatched yesterday as the couriers usually come a lot earlier, if they got dispatched today then the next working day will be Tuesday due to the bank holiday unless you're lucky and dhl delivery before that.
