will Pro-Jump springs fit my flyjumps?
« on: August 24, 2008, 07:05:57 PM »
As the title say's really, I'm having a bit of trouble compressing the springs on mine. Landed a bit funny yesterday and the shock up my back kind of hurt my lungs??? So I thought I might try some lighter springs.

Here's pics of my bocks

I've now fitted 2 sets of skip springs and the only mod needed is that the lower bolts on the skips are smaller

I drill out the holes on the skips springs to fit the PJ brackets but you could just fit a set of smaller bolts with large washers only thing is they will be loose in the PJ bracket holes
The brackets on the skips are much lighter and flimsier but should fit the PJ feet (but check first and don't blame me if they don't fit) so you might want to order a set at the same time as the springs

Thanx, that's coool if they fit!!!... Positions of the holes on springs matches it on PJ brackets, I got it right?
But I don't like the idea to drill them - after I've broken my first springs, I treat them like a girl))) No drilling, no scratching, no breathing on them, except blowing off motes))) I'd better put something into bracket holes to lessen them.
