Hola, i am Oliver (or Bertie, story is-when i was young my parents called me Bertie and now i fell like a change so i am telling everyone to call me Oliver, but i don't mind which. My name is Oliver bertie....)
I am from England, cambridge and live near hilly from the marshes and chocl8 and i am not spanish, i just like to start opening sentances with hola for some reason.
My hobbies include atm flying, computer games, bb shooting (guns that i fire at my freinds and so on) and paint balling. I got into flying as my dad is a commercial pilot (captain) for british airways on the 747 400. I hope to get my private pilots license soon (trying to go solo on my 16th, unlikly as the weather is not usually on my side). I fly a piper robin atm.
My birthday is on the 26th of november but i got my bocks on monday, (i am not suppose to know if i have them but seeing as i ordered them and know where all of the hiding places are in my house, they were easy to find) It is a big bummer  :'( as i am not allowed on them till my birthday so every day i sneak in and look in wonder at them (i know what you are thinking.....sad). I am super keen to go on these and want to know how to do flips and stuff like that very soon. I am into extreme sports such as skiing, skydiving, want to start diving and the like.
hoping to come on outings very soon (was pleading mum if i could go to this east anglia meet at a gym in cambridge before my brithday but the answer was a solid no
just thought i would like to brag about is i got my GCSE a year early in maths (but only got an A, 6 marks out of 500 off an A*)
ermm that is about it and i have got this final day to do most of my geography coursework (for tomorrow) so i will have to keep it short  :P
oh ye i don't bat for the other team (if you catch my drift ;D, but surprisingly a few people in my year alone have already come out the closet)

Hi

I'm gillybert's mini daughter (and yes I am as mad as him) I'm called mini as I am only 5'. I maybe small like my mother but kerbs don't bother me ;) I'm not scared of heights lol!!

My new stilts come tomorow although my dad's having them and I'm having his :o as the spring has been stretched. :D

I'm 16, just started child care at college, waitress in my local and I kickbox twice a week.

Yes it is me in the video "my daughters first bock" and its my feet in the photo of raised foot plates  ;D

Can't wait till tomorow as I want to go on them now, I'll post my progress as i go.

hi KB .Prob is you r now going to be such a tease. The bois will be flocking after you. And you will be deliberatly slowing down AND  talking down to them ;D

Fab to have  more 'ladees wot bock'  'becky'  over at uni coventry way is a person you might want to say hi to. She is the power behind the essex powerbockers but also connects the prettier aspects of our sport :D Plus not too far from you

Hello all.

I'm Ian, or Lurch, not bothered which. I'm 24, and living on the Isle of Wight. I'm into body mods ie: piercings, tats, scarifications, etc... I heen unicycling and bmxing for about 13 years, have recently started fire eating, fire breathing, fakir, stilt walking and bocking with the Ryde Extreme Performers. Needless to say, being a bmxer, my bocks will be modded very soon, as I can't leave anything as it is, it has to be ''mine''.

That's about it really, ask anything you want to know.

T'ra.

you'd need a very big unicycle to if u want to use the stilts with them.

LOL

lol, I was in The News a fair few years ago, for unicycling on my paper round, and the sunday bags may have helped develop my balance. I dont think it'l be too hard to do, the main problem i see is with keeping the ''foot'' of the stilts on the pedals. There's people who ride stilt bikes, so basicly it can be done. Lol, might try tomorrow in the garden on my PJ's.

you'd need a very big unicycle to if u want to use the stilts with them.

Just some 2 ft stilts will do for a tester, with a longer seat tube on the uni.

Hi Lurch and welcome.

I bumped into another of you Ryde guys last Saturday in Portsmouth. Im one of the Jurassic Jumpers --we bounce around Dorset and Hampshire mainly.

Maybe we could get the ferry over sometime for a meet up. You would get on well with tundraH -he's just had his tongue split ;D
