Hi all, first post so...

My name is Dan and I'm 25 from Bournemouth. I have seen a few people using these in the area (including a Reindeer yesterday in Bournemouth square, anyone on here?). I have always been a fan of them and decided I want a pair today.

So I'm going to do a bit more reading (and probably asking questions) on the forum and then take the plunge tomorrow and order a pair. Hopefully the next day delivery won't dissapoint and by wednesday/thursday I will be taking my first steps.

Cheers,

Dan

Hi Dan, I'm also from Bournemouth, Southbourne to be exact.  When you get them let me know and we can meet up.

The guy dressed as a reindeer would be Joe aka SoulRancher.

Also at the moment there a few delays with the next day services, so i'd try to order before the 19th to make sure you get them in time for christmas :)

He is the same weight as me, so your pair will be fine Q.

Until Feb  :o  I'm sorry to hear that Q.  Back to the medicinal spirits you go. ;)

Hey everyone =)

I'm adam! [Shorty to most though ^^] .. I'm 17 and have had my pro jumps for about a  week now! =) .. (Supposed to be for christmas, but i just couldn't wait ^^)

Been out on them almost everynight and getting quite confident =) .. The springs are starting to wear in too now [Or maybe it's just my techniques getting better haha!] Had a few falls but nothing serious, mainly funny actually haha =)

I did think i'd broken my knee at one point though! .. slipped on some mud / leaves on the path and when it slid back onto the concrete it stopped instantly and sort've bent my knee the wrong way >( .. still hurts abit but nothing that'll stop me from Jumping! ;]

Anybody else in the Grimsby Area Got any pro jumps? =D

Essay =]

hey Adam

Welcome to the forum

With a pair of pro-jumps no one will be calling you shorty anymore!

Glad your having fun on them, be careful with and make sure you got at least some wristguards and knee pads before you go out Bocking!

I cant think of anyone top of my head near Grimsby but pop your self on the Pro-Jump map and check if there is anyone near you on there :)

Good luck!

Hi I'm Cindy from Bridlington in East Yorks. Got my stilts for Crimbo. Went to Sout World Jam in Aug to celebrate 100 yrs of scouting (yes I'm a scout even tho I'm a girl! ;D) and there were some pro jumps there for us to try and I was Hooked!!  Can walk on them no problem and do little jumps, but need to get them to bend more for bigger jumps. am 15 yrs old.

Hi Becky
yes it was stiff and stilted, they were the ones that put me onto this site. they have been really helpful. I also got their special necker ..the orange and yellow one.. for walking on their really tall stilts.

That apparent "District Young Leader Trainer" would be me - I'm on the forums now after being harassed invited to join by our mutual friend, the lovely Carma!  We'll see how long it takes for me to progress from the bock forums onto an actual set of bocks now!
