Yea but gettin up of the floor can hurt and breaks and sprains take ages to heal and sumtimes dont at all. I fell of my micro scooter like 3 months ago and my ankle is still bad and not healed after I tore some ligaments. Dont like to mention age but I am young and it took ages sooo i would just be careful so you can keep on ya bocks.
But with the right safty precautions all should be well.

Falls
trying to run & fell, well protected so not hurt.
Spent 5 mins trying to get up & was eventually helped up by a kind mum with her children. Not hurt but slightly embarrassed.
tried the technique but not quite there yet

Sounds embarrasing. I cant do it either. when i fell i just got out of them and skulked back into the house... but of course put them on and went straight out again lol.

Must admit was thinking about undoing them as I stopped rolling in the middle of the road.

Getting up is really hard. I dont mind falling. Just as long as my neighbors dont watch lol. Actually. The postman is worse for that - 9 times out of 10 when i make an a*** of myself he is watching lol.
Postman is in my bad books. My skid lid came this morning and too early. was still in bed and now have to go bike 4 miles to pick it up. But I have to wait till 3pm. On the plus side gives me time to do my coursework lol.

Hi Charlie B
Don't worry too much. I Fell off mine yesterday - first time outside and had been jogging up and down then decided to go for it, after about 50 metres something went wrong and I christened my wristies at full pelt. Didn't hurt as much as I expected and no-one around to see... bonus :
Couldn't get up again though so had to take them off and walk back to the car to inspect the damage to the stilts - just a few scr***es where I had attempted to get up.
