Hey, I'm Brendan (aka, B/NeoNinja/Neo/Ninja...hey you! etc.)

I like martial arts, Parkour, free-running, tricking, gymnastics, snow-sports, and as of two days ago... Pro-Jumping! ;) I got some for my Birthday. It was a huge surprise since I never asked for any, but I'm extatic to have some. ;D It took me about 2mins to start walking, jumping, then hopping on them... but I don't think I'll try flips until my wrist gets better (broke it in a motor-bike crash).

I currently live in Cannock (near Stafford and Tamworth) but I used to live in Norwich. Shame I didn't know about this when I lived there!

I look forward to meeting some people as soon as the weather gets better. :) Til then, I think I'll just train on them in the gym. :) See'ya around.  :Straddle5:

Everyone's dreams sit aloft a rungless ladder. Some ladders are higher than others. Some are so tall they reach high above the clouds - but everyone can see their dream. Most people see that their ladder has no rungs and although they may talk about climbing it one day, seeing no way to get there, they eventually give up and settle for what lies beneath it.
The brave however, the wise, the imaginative and the strong of will seek out their missing rungs. They learn all they can about the ladder, they surround themselves with friends and family who would also find the rungs, and failing all else they craft the steps themselves with their own two hands from nothing. Sometimes a rung breaks and the person falls. Some of these people will fall too hard and lose the strength to climb again - Yet they feel comfort in knowing they tried. They became better for it. And they experienced things and witnessed sights upon the climb that those who sat forever beneath it will never know.
Then there are the special few who find new steps, or fix and climb again the ones that failed. Who eventually, through sheer tenacity and courage come to reach the final rung - Only they will have their dreams fulfilled. The extraordinary then build new ladders. These are the strongest people of all.

Oops. I was gonna delete this after I realised people had introduced themselves on individual threads... I've introduced myself twice now. There's no delete function either... never mind. :) That was a speedy reply! Thanks. ;D Nice to meet you.

Ah found a reply button,  result (now there should be a celebrating banana but....oh lordy all a bit much navigation this fab website).
Neil and wife Clare from Sandbach Cheshire, not even got our pro-jumpers yet and once Ive sussed the sizing options 85kg and 60kg (Dark knight has been approached already for advice and we will dive-in when better informed). We dual paraglide and I paramotor all over the place, competing or doing distances. My eldest daughter has just got her pair of er kangeroo shoes and is loving them in a manic bouncy way, I see her going far! We will just go for the workout, fun, lots of padding option and see how long we last. Im an upholsterer so i will cushion my ass. Im 48 and Clare is 39 I think. detail detail bah! broke my ankle a few yrs back and leg exercise is very difficult when it gives me jip so Im hoping for low impact leg work that will be SO much fun I will die happy after half an hour, ok 10 mins.
keep you posted. N

Neil I had my ankle smashed ( You name it I had everything but have it ripped off . And I did nearly lose it )) in a motor bike crash !
I sometimes limp, looks funny when I limp holding my stilts people think I've fallen over.

When you wear a bock the ankle tightly str***ed in  and the spring really helps walking. I find it's better than walking . Next time I'm at the doctor I may see is I can claim it as a a walking aid so shop will have to let me in on them !? LOL

Lol wontolla, you will have to come back on a visit sometime  The norwich gang is getting bigger! athough I wouldnt call it a gang yet really. Me and Dan (theonlysilenthunter) meet up lots, rache (gixer) usually joins us if the snoozecubes havn't got the better of her. Hex came to sport relief but I would say the grand total at the minuit is of 3

it is hard to get everybody in the EA's to one meet. East anglia is a big place so i think additional mini meets are the way forward.

Yeah, maybe - my mother-in-law still lives there.
I pitched up at Cambridge to see you all but you stayed at home and made snowmen instead. I'll see you all some time though.
