I weigh 58kg(gained a few kilos) and I use 80kg springs, but I am a experienced Bocker.
Anyway you should definitely go for the M70's, when you start bouncing and develop your technique you will be glad you got M70's and not M60's since you would bottom the M60's out very easily.

Another Question:
Are Cuffs better or Kneebars...because I'm skinny so i net something which comes closer to my knee?
I started on Flyjumpers with Kneebars and my knee wasn't fixed also i don' fell very save.

I have the same problem so I am going to buy Calf Cuffs, but I have never tried them out before.

I think m70's would be ok..if you weighed any less I would probably say m60's but if you have bocked before and are prepared for the fact it might take a little longer to get good height then go for the 70's. If you want an easy start got for the 60's. But be prepared for an upgrade pretty soon. I weighed 54kg and got m70's to begin with. They were close to the 80kg mark too.

I like calf cuffs. I think they will help you like they did me. They feel much more secure compared to the knee bar. Not for everybody but Good for most. Might be worth looking at some knee/shin guards too. They help no end.
