Where to buy some bocks?
« on: October 17, 2009, 10:30:46 AM »
I've checked the classifieds, wanting a pair for under £80?
The ones selling have been offline a long while, so I'm not sure wether or not to buy.
Also, Safety equipment. Where to buy some, I live in Richmond.
Thanks :)

Recently bought 2 pair off Ebay. First pair cost £47 inc P&P. Pro jumps M90s, V4, pretty good nick with no major signs of abuse. Then had to buy a 2nd pair because my eldest son wanted some and I need a bocking buddy. Pro Jumps, M100 (better suited to me) excellent condition V5 or 6, just over the £80 with free P&P.
Well pleased.

I would watch out for Skyrunners on Ebay though, but I only ended up with Skyrunners(old stilts) because I was a bit stupid when buying them.

my theory has always been save up and buy some new ones, sure it means waiting longer but it means you know what you are getting that it is in perfect condition and if something breaks for an unknown reason you can get it sorted

plus you get to choose the spring weight not get something close and whether you get black or blue ;)

My brother(Driniad) is getting his Bocks for his bday, but he wants to have a paintballing party as well so he has to get second hand bocks.
