squeking wen jumping,,,help !

 sounds like im jumping on a mouse wen i bounce, any ideas how to stop this

I used to have that problem, try and tighten all the nuts and bolts, and put some packer in the spring joint.

I just got that problem... went to an old thread on here, said use lube (sex kind) and now no squeak

Best thing to use is a silicon based lubricant (hardwear store) or I have used a silicon based furniture polish

Agreed with Jason, silicon or graphite based lubricants are your best bet.

Indeed.

And silicone spray is the best I have ever used. Will fix it in no time. Spray it on all the moving parts and joints and go bocking. Once its worn into the joints should help no end. I found spraying them a bit before I bocked really helped the plastic bushings to last.

Apart from it messes up all your nuts and bolts.

Water based lube is meant for short term use and will dry out very quickly so although it is OK for a quick fix I would use something more permanent

Also it will was out when you bock in the rain

cus im at college we always have free condom give aways and they give you a box of 50 water based lube
and i have gone to the seminar 3 times now got 150 tubes of lube :p

and its a paraglider behind me not a banana or scoop or some wierd things people have suggested
