Butmm middlfingy  u on north sea coast  un manc  is west , on the orish paddyling pool, but england gets all thin up there, but all hilly in between. So reccon u 100 miles   +/- 20   but time wise  dunno....

Varies when we meet up, depends on who is workin and when! Our Gym contact is on Hols at the mo so will be wk after next at earliest for a gym meet. Prob do a bock around town at the same time.
