I have bounced on the Skips Clive is using and I weigh about that much so if he just wants to learn how to walk and run they will be ideal for 10 mins

He could then have a try on the walking foot ones to see the difference

but I would start him on the fixed ones first as the walking ones can be very unfigiving if you don't expect them

Its Chris and his mate Jamie, they contacted me after work's newspaper, did a article on me Bocking with the JJ's.

I hope to convince them both to come to a few jj's meets in the future.
