do not think it's worth buying a new spring

better buy a new pair of stilts, bushings are broken and loose here and there

Yep they go like that sometimes

Congratulations Robin you are now part of the hardcore springbreakers welcome to the club

Having seen the way you wear out Hoofies and now this spring you must be getting along really well you should send some pics in when you get some new ones

As for the bocks if you havn't left the bushings to long and ovaled out the frames there is no reason why you shouldn't replace the springs and bushes

But do what I have done get yourself another set and then replace the springs on these so you have a spare pair

By the way Greg I think the 1yr is on the frames but the springs and bushes are only 3 months (at least thats PJ's I think, someone correct me if I'm wrong)

"Hardcore springbreakers" thank you thank you

I contacted the shop where I bought stilts, they said they would check if they had a new spring in the store and if they do not have it, I get a brand new pair complete with stilts, they said not if I would have to pay or if I get them for free, on their website that they are giving three-year warranty on all products, so it would be fun if I got a pair of stilts for free, would actually buy a couple of them afterwards, if so :Cyes: :Cyes:

Three years is a bl**dy good warrenty  :Claugh:

You sure it's not 3 months on the spring and a year on the frames as that used to be quite a common one

But if it's 3 years I might just hop on a ferry and visit you to get a couple of pairs  :Claugh:

It's good to know how high quality the new stilts are, almost bought a pair. Might hold off until they get the bugs worked out.

It looks like you got an older revision of the feet, the newer ones have stronger feet.

The feet model you have is about 8 months old and has been replaced by a full rubber part for the black model and a better metal version for the aluminium model

"thats not a break.....

thats what you call a break mate!"
crocodile dundee style.

for reference this happened while i was working in birmingham, in the middle of a trick set lol
yes i fell, i even caught a round of applause.

Differently dude, looking at pics of your broken stilt and of the new style one with the broken foot, you reallty should cover your springs, they have took quite a kicking from the look of it, and i wouldnt be suprised if the broken spring was cracked by the other stilt originally.
the stock spring covers look to have taken quite a pasting

i wish pro-jump.co.uk could add this thing in the spare parts on the site, i want to buy 3 new pair of them, but with the latest version and not the old one made by aluminium. :Cchatterbox:

can shearing the rivets off your knee bar bracket get you into the club? :P. on both stilts

some how the spring stayed intact,

it probably got cushioned as it went through the back of my leg lol.
