wrong hoofs!
« on: March 28, 2007, 04:18:04 PM »
hey everyone,

i received my new soles today, and i was midway through putting the new ones on when i discover a big problem!

they are different! :(

the one that kinks inwards is old one and the smooth one is the brand new ones , they are a different shape! As a result of this, the black peice of metal that joins the spring to the frame at the very bottem doesnt fit onto the new silver bracket peice.

has anyone else had this problem? are they from different models or something?

PLEASE HELP ME PROJUMP!

Hi There

In cases like this best thing to do is just call the office on 01772 792 600 with your order number and they can sort it out for you.

Trust me it will be a lot faster to do that than post on the forum as this is probably a simple error and not everyone in the office reads the forum daily.

They are open Mon to Sat between 9 - 5:30 so best to call them tomorrow.

Give them a call - trust me they will sort it :)

Naz
