;As Dc's reply was s**t:P (love you DC)
1. if your intermediate user, and you like doing stunts trick they as i find they don't hinder leg movement as much
2. if your used to kneebars they will feel weird at first but you soon get useed to them (i hate CC's about 2months ago. but now i;d never go bk to bars:P )

you might find that if you have an older pair of pro jumps the calf cuffs will twist and slip out .
to solve this, cut down the middle of an old bit of hose pipe(legnth ways), stretch over the bars and with a bit of tape they shouldn't slip

3 i really recomend knee pads with calf cuffs as you don't have the knee bar top stop your leg when you fall out, normal pads do work but i suspect alot of people on the forum would suggest using the ones they sell on the PJ site :D

hope this has been some help
sorry for the essay :)
peace out.

another good thing about cuffs is they can stop top of the spring from hitting the back of your thigh

“Life is not a journey to the grave with intentions of arriving safely in a pretty well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!”
