Adjusting the Supporting Rods

 after some advice bout my RT boot its  def the supporting rods,i did play around with them and it was fine but after a few jumps went straight back to the way it was.  the end result is part under my foot plate is sticking out and my knee is goin the other dircetion. and i cnt even walk on them.

Also make sure that the nut at the end of the support rod is still there (See attached pic)

also i notice ive lost one of the bottom nuts  on the LT hand side. im of to get another one.

That missing nut will cause the bocks to be totaly unusable

Don't just pop it on and get back on them make sure you loosen all the bearing bolts and pull the stilt straight after following the set up that naz recomended

Shame you couldn't make it on saturday as I could have got them straight for you
