I kind of had to practise my getting up skill in situation when i fell over on my way to my mates house lol (actually ended up practising it 3 times that day in the space of 10 mins
)
But anyway, what i do is i move myself around until i can get my left leg free from the mess which is my limps and powerisers lol, then i put it as vertically as i can, get stable on that leg then push hard on it and when u rise up a bit swing your other leg around to make contact with the ground,u should be like standing a bit crouched at this point just straighten out and all is fine
